We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including logistics delays, public holidays, or supply constraints.
INKFINITO shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
5. Returns & Product Guarantee
Every INKFINITO product is backed by our quality assurance commitment. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The defect must be reported within the specified timeframe
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
6. Limitation of Liability
INKFINITO and Maju General Supply Snd. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to damage to printer hardware caused by improper installation or use contrary to our guidelines.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
